New Shop Sign

We had our new shop sign put up today by SIGN SHOP of Portsmouth.  Once again a great job by Will and the team, they had already put our bright colourful logo on our van, pavement sign and our 4 x 4.

The last shop fascia had been up for ONLY 23 YEARS!!  There has been a florist at 160/160a West Street, Fareham since the 1980’s. But we changed the logo to reflect a more bright, vibrant and modern approach, while still retaining a family run business that carries a long standing excellent reputation for good service and extremely high standard of Floristry.

Trusted Shop - Trust Mark, Buyer Protection and Seller Ratings.

Today we were approved to display the Trusted Shop Logo on our web site. We have been working with the Trusted Shop integration team to make sure we provide our customers with confidence when shopping online with us.

The Trusted Shops quality criteria are based on national and European laws that are important for making purchases on the Internet. They take into account all rulings and stipulations by the consumer protection associations, in some cases even exceeding them.

Customers of certified Trusted Shops sellers are protected automatically. Infringements against data protection regulations, non-transparent prices, limitations to the right to cancellations or other risks are checked by Trusted Shops.

We also allow customers to leave feedback, this is important for us and our customers, as it allows people to talk about there experiences when ordering from us.

Special Funeral designs

We have recently made these two different funeral designs for customers. We appreciate that these are for a sad occasions and therefore we spend time making sure the overall design is carefully created.

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, our hedgehog was set on a moss base so more natural and in the Carling can the logo was drawn freehand because of copyright.

Over the past few weeks we have been asked to make some very lovely tributes and in most cases the frame work is drawn and crafted out of florist foam as the pre made frames are not always available.

Our hedgehog and Carling Can were our own designs.

Happy new year

With a shop full of flower inside and out it was refreshing to create a different type of window display.   Our Snowman was a great success and we would like to say thank you to the hundreds of people who took the time to come in and say how great our snowman looked in our window. It has brought a smile to young and old!  All the school children and nursery school children that came past, mums and dads bringing their children into the shop to see him and all the grown up’s that came into say how lovely he was.  So much so that we have decided to leave him on display until after the New year.

Well done Emily for your idea.

We will be reopen on Thursday 27th December and on 28th and 29th December also Monday 31st December, closed on New Year’s Day.  Then open Wednesday 2nd January onwards.

The Dutch flower markets reopened on Thursday 27th December. So fresh flower will be available from Friday 28th December onwards.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their continued support in 2012

and to wish you all a
